The Mohamed bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund

Grant Applications

Thank you for your interest in the Mohamed bin Zayed Species Conservation Fund.

The fund has been established to provide targeted grants to individual species conservation initiatives, recognize leaders in the field and elevate the importance of species in the broader conservation debate. Its focus is global and eligibility for grants will extend to all plant, animal and fungi species conservation efforts, without discrimination on the basis of region or selected species.

Grants will be awarded based on their ability to meet criteria pre-determined by the Species Fund. To cover a wide spectrum of species conservation efforts, two types of grants are available; $5000 or those between $5000 and $25,000.

You can complete and submit the application online by clicking here.

Online submission is encouraged as it streamlines the processing of grants and helps the Fund to respond more quickly. Alternatively, you can download the application Word documents here and submit them via email to salima.raai@mbzspeciesconservation.org.

If you have submitted an application in Word format, you will be sent details at a later date about an account that has been created for you which will allow you to monitor your application online.

For any questions regarding the application, or to be added to the Fund's contact database, please go to www.mbzspeciesconservation.org and register your contact details using the "Contact Us" form provided, or send an email to salima.raai@mbzspeciesconservation.org.
